Welcome to the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory! We are dedicated to promoting and advocating for the importance of teacher wellbeing and career progression across Europe.
The TWCO serves as an educational and networking hub, providing a comprehensive one-stop resource where teachers, researchers, professionals, learners, and partners can connect, collaborate, and access tailored support.
We strengthen education across Europe by championing teacher wellbeing, professional growth, and career progression. Through research and collaboration with teacher organizations, public authorities, and key stakeholders, we provide insights and recommendations that support teachers and drive lasting impact.
Originally launched under the ProW project, the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory (TWCO) now continues as an initiative led by CARDET and the Institute of Development (IOD).
